I guess Tim Cook had this one coming didn't he? I mean he really set himself up during the past few years. Lets get one thing straight, I am not going to compare him to how Steve managed and developed Apple because that is a redundant discussion.
So what has Tim done since he has taken over Apple, he sure has made a lot of money for Apple and increased profits but has he really taken care of the consumers? In my opinion NO!. He is a numbers guy and not a tech savy CEO, just like what Steve Ballmer was. He was a salesman trying to sell you products and we all know what happened to Microsoft in those days. Sure just like Tim, Steve B had Microsoft profitable but during his tenure Microsoft had no innovation what so ever and not a decent product to speak about just like what Tim is facing in today's Apple.
In my opinion
- He has a failed Apple watch (No wonder they don't release the sales numbers to date)
- The iphone lacks any sort of innovation (Even though I have the latest iphone 7!)
- The latest 2016 Macbook Pro is just plain ridiculous (They should probably take out the PRO from the name)
- The Macbook with that one single port is just high way robbery!
Don't get me wrong, I use to love Apple products and I still really want to but they are making it so difficult for me. Every update that they do to their product line turns out to be just plain disappointing.
On the other hand companies like Google and now Microsoft are innovating their guts out whereas Apple is obsessed with making their products thinner!, such a shame! So in conclusion all I have to say is that Tim Cook can and probably will make Apple a lot whole of money but sooner rather than later the loyalty of us consumers will run out and all Apple will be left with will be their good for nothing products and ofcourse dongle's!
