Users cant access OWA

You know everytime I install a new exchange server 2003 in my org, i have to restart my front end so that the new backend server is picked up by it.

Their is a dll called "Eproxy.dll" which needs to be updated with the new back-end server installation, I would think this should happen automatically but in my environment it just doesnt!!! So i am gona reboot the front end right now after this post.

So if you guys are ever stuck in the situation where the users are not able to access OWA go ahead and bounce your FE.
